TAG - 18/14MM 10 Row x 3 (90 Hole) Closed End Gridded Super Slit Bong Downstem

This is a TAG 18/14MM gridded Super Slit downstem, a fixed-diffusion stem built to shred a draw into fine bubbles. The closed end forces every bit of air out through 90 gridded slits arranged in rows rather than escaping out the tip, so incoming air breaks into a dense curtain of small bubbles for heavy diffusion and cooling before it ever reaches the perc or neck. That grid of slits is where the smoothness comes from, and it is also where residue collects fastest, so plan to clean it regularly to keep airflow open.

The joint decodes as 18/14MM: an 18MM MALE end that seats into an 18MM female pipe, and a 14MM FEMALE end that accepts a 14MM MALE slide. Available in 3", 4", 4.25", 4.5", 5", and 8" lengths, measured from the end of the frosted joint to the tip. Length can vary by about a quarter inch, and pieces sometimes have a slightly tighter or looser joint opening than spec, so measure your piece before ordering a replacement. Made from heavy-wall borosilicate, though the fine-slit glass is more delicate than an open-cut stem, treat it gently and avoid thermal shock.
