Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Order processing time is typically 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit time is usually 2 to 6 business days, depending on your location and selected carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide to nearly all countries and recommend DHL Express for international orders due to speed and reliability.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Do not use damaged items. Please send photos of the product and packaging to info@thickassglass.com immediately for assistance.
What does the packaging look like?
We ship using plain brown boxes with red “Fragile” tape. The shipping label will appear as being from the “Shipping Department” for domestic shipments.
Label Information
Domestic Shipments (U.S.)
All domestic orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging for discretion. The return address label lists the sender as “Shipping Department” without brand references.
International Shipments
Due to customs regulations, international shipments must display the company name and address. Labels will show:

This is required for customs clearance and verification.
Time Sensitive Shipping
Do you offer guaranteed delivery options?
Only UPS provides guaranteed time sensitive delivery services. Orders typically ship within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
Can I use USPS for time sensitive shipments?
We do not recommend USPS for time sensitive orders. USPS delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Example: USPS Priority Mail is not a guaranteed 3 day service. If USPS misses their estimated delivery date they will not issue a refund. UPS provides guaranteed delivery and refunds when guarantees are active.
Returns
If there is an error with my order, what happens?
If we make a mistake, we will fix it at no additional cost to you.
What if I ordered the wrong item?
If you ordered incorrectly and wish to exchange it:
- You are responsible for return shipping.
- We will cover shipping for the replacement item within the U.S.
- For international customers, reshipping fees apply.
How do I request a return or refund?
You must contact info@thickassglass.com within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused. Before returning anything, you must email us first.
Use one of the following subject lines:
- “Order: Problem with Received Order”
- “Order Received: Requesting Return for Refund”
Billing Statement
How will charges appear on my statement?
Charges will appear as “Parison Inc”.
Will I receive a physical invoice?
No physical mail will be sent to the billing address. All order confirmations and invoices are sent electronically to the email on file.
Additional Information
Do you ship to smoke shops or international distributors?
Yes. We accept wholesale orders from licensed retail stores and distributors worldwide. All accounts must provide a valid Sales Tax Exemption/Resale Certificate and a Sales Tax License/Permit (or international equivalent).
Can I request special order quantities or production runs?
For large orders or production batches, please email details to info@thickassglass.com. We will confirm lead times and availability.
How are wholesale discounts applied?
Wholesale pricing and discounts are automatically reflected after account approval and login.
