Shipping & Returns
Processing an order generally takes 1-2 business days, shipping time is generally 1-6 business days. (UPS Ground)
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unused items within 48 Hours of delivery. If you choose to return an item for refund, TAG will require you pay return shipping fees. TAG will refund the total product cost excluding the original shipping charge.
Email info@thickassglass.com to obtain a prepaid return label, we can assist with any return/exchange request.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR USED PRODUCTS.
Used products that are received will be disposed of and no refund will be administered. If the refund is not due to a faulty, damaged or otherwise broken product, then you will be required to pay the return shipping fee.
