(CMTO) TAG - 16.5" Super Slit Matrix 65x5MM (14MM Female)

The 16.5" Super Slit Matrix is a fixed-stem water pipe built around one of TAG's hardest-working percs. The Super Slit matrix drives incoming air through dozens of fine slits at once, breaking the draw into a dense curtain of small bubbles for heavy diffusion with very little drag. A showerhead stage carries that column upward and spreads it across the water a second time, so each pull is cooled and softened twice before it reaches the neck.

The tube is made from a 65MM diameter tube with 5MM walls, sturdy heavy-wall borosilicate that holds heat and takes everyday handling well. Note that base and joint thickness can differ from the wall spec. The joint is 14MM female and accepts a 14MM male accessory. It ships with a matching glass slide, so it is ready to run as a set out of the box. Accessories are taped inside the bubble wrap, so check the packaging thoroughly.

This is a CMTO piece, made to order rather than pulled from a shelf, so allow lead time before it ships. Height runs around 16.5 inches with slight variance. Avoid thermal shock: let glass reach room temperature before running hot or cold water, and never torch the glass. Thermal-shock and drop damage are not defects.
